Backyard piggery can be an additional source of income if properly planned. I personally had an experience with this a year ago. We raised five "fatteners" in our province and sold it after 3 months. But because I could not attend to its operations we stopped our business temporarily. I know it offers a great opportunity so I'm planning to be back as soon as I get the proper knowledge in handling the business.
